Universities\u00a0welcome foreign students\u00a0because they\u00a0pay higher tuition. Are they training our competitors?<\/li><li class=\"\">The looming <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssa.gov\/policy\/docs\/ssb\/v70n3\/v70n3p111.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">social security<\/a>\u00a0crisis.<\/li><li class=\"\">The mushrooming <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usdebtclock.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">national debt<\/a>.<\/li><li class=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wikisolver.org\/staging\/6797\/source-of-the-u-s-dollar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The worship of money<\/a>.<\/li><li class=\"\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/wikisolver.org\/staging\/6797\/healthcare-costs-by-country-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">skyrocketing cost of medical<\/a> and\u00a0long-term care insurance. Who will pay, and how much,\u00a0for those who cannot afford coverage?<\/li><li class=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wikisolver.org\/staging\/6797\/warning-about-derivatives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Derivatives<\/a>: A Sword of Damocles hanging over humanity, or the greatest source of wealth ever invented?<\/li><li class=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wikisolver.org\/staging\/6797\/pressuring-appraisers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Real Estate appraisals<\/a> -the unheralded last line of defense.<\/li><li class=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nlihc.org\/explore-issues\/why-we-care\/problem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The housing crisis<\/a>.<\/li><li class=\"\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hup.harvard.edu\/catalog.php?isbn=9780674659988&amp;content=reviews\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corruption<\/a>.
